Rules
By accessing and using our services, the player declares to be aware of and in agreement with all the rules below. Violations may result in punishments as described, based on the administration's disciplinary authority, respecting the principles of reasonableness, proportionality, and the right to defense.
01. Respect for the Administration
Always treat all Administrators, Game Masters, and team members with respect. Any act of disrespect toward the administration, on any channel, will be punished.
Penalties:
1st offense: 1-week jail.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
02. Impersonation Prohibition.
It is forbidden to impersonate (pretend to be) any member of the administration, in any form or channel.
Penalties:
1st offense: 1-week jail.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
03. Advertising Other Servers.
Any form of promotion, suggestion, or comment about other Lineage 2 servers is strictly prohibited, whether via in-game chat or other platforms related to us.
Penalties:
1st offense: 1-week chat ban.
2nd offense: 1-week jail.
3rd offense: Permanent ban.
04. Misuse of Programs or Bug Exploitation.
The use of bots, third-party programs, exploits, or any unfair advantage obtained through flaws in the game, website, or forum is strictly prohibited. Upon finding a bug, the player must report it immediately to the administration.
Penalties:
1st offense: 1-week jail.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
05. Requesting Benefits from the Administration.
Do not request levels, items, adena, teleport, or any benefit from the staff. Such requests will not be granted.
Penalties:
1st offense: Warning.
Repeat offense: 1-day jail.
06. Account Security.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Never share your password, not even with the administration. Do not use unofficial programs, as they may contain viruses or keyloggers.
Attention: The administration is not responsible for losses resulting from negligence, account sharing, or use of third-party software.
07. Responsibility for Personal Data.
The player is responsible for keeping their data correct and email active, as it is required for password recovery. The administration is not responsible for loss of access due to forgotten, outdated, or invalid data.
08. Offenses, Hate Speech, and Toxic Behavior.
It is strictly prohibited to offend other players or staff members by using:
* Derogatory or offensive names.
* Pornographic, racist, misogynistic, homophobic, or prejudiced content.
* Any form of hate speech or incitement to violence.
* It is also prohibited to use any server communication channel (global chat, private, in-game mail, hero chat, or forum) to:
* Incite or manipulate players against the administration.
* Create unrest or destabilize the server environment.
Penalties:
1st offense: 1-week chat ban.
2nd offense: 1-week jail.
3rd offense: Permanent ban.

* Penal Code – Art. 140: Injury (offense to dignity or decorum).
* Penal Code – Art. 141: Increased penalty for public offense or means that facilitate dissemination.
* Law 7.716/1989 (Racism Law): Defines crimes of discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, or origin.
* Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights – Art. 10 and 19: Liability for illicit acts and obligation to remove offensive content.
* Consumer Protection Code – Art. 39, VIII: Prohibition of abusive or disrespectful environments for users.
09. Unfounded Accusations Against the Administration.
Accusing staff members of favoritism or misconduct without providing concrete evidence is prohibited.
Penalties:
1st offense: 1-week jail.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
📌 Right to Appeal.
Every player has the right to appeal any punishment applied. Appeals must be submitted within 48 hours after the penalty through the official support channel on the website.
